Your patients are doing everything right - and still struggling

Many patients living with conditions like IBS, endometriosis, pelvic pain, bladder dysfunction or burnout reach a point where medical avenues have been exhausted or are ongoing - and yet symptoms persist, fluctuate, or worsen under stress. They understand intellectually that psychology plays a role. But understanding it and being able to apply that knowledge consistently, especially during a flare, are very different things.

These patients often:

  • Feel dismissed or poorly understood within healthcare settings
  • Experience fear-symptom cycles that worsen their presentation
  • Have significant day-to-day symptom impact but limited ongoing support options
  • Struggle with the psychological weight of uncertainty and unpredictability
  • Are trying multiple approaches simultaneously and becoming overwhelmed

BMC was built specifically for this patient group - offering structured, ongoing psychological support that sits alongside medical treatment and helps patients develop real skills for living with, and working with, their symptoms.

  • Primarily in need of trauma therapy as a first-line intervention
  • In replacement for medical treatment

Weekly live workshops with Dr Windgassen

Every Wednesday evening, Dr Sula leads a live session on Zoom - a mix of psychoeducation, guided practice and Q&A. Sessions are recorded, so patients can engage flexibly around their symptoms and schedule.

Self-paced programme

A comprehensive structured programme across three modules - Body, Mind, and Connect - with guided audios, workbooks, worksheets and practices. Patients can work through it independently or alongside the live sessions.

Supported community

A private Slack community managed by a trainee health psychologist, providing peer support and access to the BMC team between sessions. Patients consistently describe this as the first space where they have felt truly understood.

Give your patients one month free

As a clinician, you can offer your patients one month of BMC membership at no cost - giving them the opportunity to experience the programme, attend live sessions and connect with the community before committing financially.  A free first month removes the financial barrier and gives patients time to feel whether BMC is right for them.
